dont joke with me , once im back in florida me and my dad make the pilgramge to indy every year for the 500 and F1, and somtetimes for that other race...what was it nascar or something?

You're welcome at my place anytime, Stoney. Not joking. The 500 happens Memorial Day weekend, the Brickyard 400 is in August and F1 is in late September. They're all fun in their own respect.

There is a pretty large Turbo Buick community relatively speaking here in the Midwest. There are some extremely quick ones right here in Indiana. In Muncie, where I went to college, lives Kent Rudbeck whose back-halved T-Type (twin turbo) runs high 7's in the 1/4. Still only six cylinders.

you went to ball state huh ? im from marion ..ever go to the night before the 500 in anderson? think i went to that every year before i joined the military , then would go to the 500 the next day ...cold fried chicken and the 500 , nothin beatter ....

Id imagine turbo buicks would be popular up there , esp with the indy crowd , i miss the days of the turbo buick menards race cars, awesome sound

Not to get on you Freak but, Max, andrognous(sp?) a name as it is, I think most of us would still say, male, come up with something more feminine, haven't you seen Gone in 60 Seconds? It's a rule, you gotta name your car with a female name.

My car is just sort of nameless right now. It doesnt have a name b/c I cant think of anything good for my car. :freak I refer to it as my baby but thats not a name.

Calling Mine the Kraut Wagon , it needs a german girls name tho , isnt Hedi Klum German? ..Hedi would be a good name for the GTi ...Im takeing suggestions

All of my cars were named by other people. I had a 84 Caprice Classic that was named Carolyn and an 87 that was named Clyde. Now if I cant just get people to name my cars, I will be doing better.

My post count appears to be the same as it was last week when I was on last, but I was not sure what is was. I do rememebr that I had a "Bolt-On Turbo" though!

I have never really named my cars. I have thought of the one i have now as "Max" though. (Woah! I know that is damn original!!) lol
