car knocking & when given gas sounds like a drum role.....help please

rebuilt head about 3 mths ago, car radiator busted recently and car started with a tap or knock noise but when given gas sounds like a drum role......no water, oil mix....gaskets are all good and new........spark plugs and compression is at 155 across.....help a bro-nissan out....

sounds like you spun a rod bearing from what your saying. my bf's boosted zc made the same sound when it happend to him.

i was just thinking to myself if it was a bearing.....Does thus require anything major...lol......or could ya gimme some advisioso por favor?
