Car keeps lossing power

Hey guys im hoping someone can help out with my problem. I have a 01 Infiniti I30t, and sometimes when im driving and slow down quickly or am in stop and go traffic my car will loose power. All my warning lights come on and i loose power steering and it wont accelerate. The electronics of the car still run but the only way i know this happens is because when i push the pedal it doesn't do anything. I had this happen to me in rush hour traffic which is not good. In the last year ive replaced the power steering hose, catalytic converter, MAF, and just recently the solenoid valve.
