engine turns over, i have spark. i have fuel. i took out my CAS and spun it by hand and i could hear my injectors fire, fuel pressure is around 43psi. i set #1 cylinder to TDC and verified the mark on the pully. and put the CAS back in @ the same place it was at before i swapped cams (i marked it) so the timming should be the exact same as before i tore everything apart.
What am i missing?
i also ran a 3rd ground to the engine to make sure that wasn't the problem and had my 240 jumped to another running car. all fuses are fine.
I am actually a little confused.

ok, an update, double checked more stuff. TPS voltage is .45 and 4.2 wide open. i set it back to TDC and verified that the yellow dot on the CAS was lined up with the notch, and when i crank it over by hand i can hear the fuel going through the regulator so i would think that the CAS is functioning properly. i am gapped @ .28
i had to go back into work so that was the end of my attempt until tonight.
when i get home i am going to turn up the idle air a little bit and see if that makes a difference. other than seeing if it will go with some starter fluid i am out of ideas. *stumped* can anyone think of anything else that i should check?
anyone know if the ECU will still throw codes with the engine won't start up?

i was setting my CAS to the wrong mark.
car runs great now. i am about to take it off of the stands and for a spin. only issue is the idle is lumpy and when i start it up the rpms drop and it wants to die but it catches itself. but i hear thats normal at first for HKS stage 1
