ok, i swapped a redtop into another s13. got everything wired up and got it started. It idled fine but wouldn't run very well. I drove it around he blocked and it was running like crap. I traced part of the problem back to the maf. I had wired my z32 maf up wrong. Well, i rewired it back up according to jim wolfe's guide. Well that got rid of the maf code I was throwing, but now it doesn't even really want to idle. I starts putters and dies. I have a JGY fuel rail and Nismo FPR set to around 40-43 psi for my 72# injectors, (im running a gt2871r .64 trim). I have a tuned ecu for both the z32 maf and the injectors, but its running like crap. My AFR is dropping off lean and it's acting like its misfiring, but its not throwing any codes. I did a boost leak test and didn't find one either! Any idea's guys! I have to have this car running by sunday, or the city is threatening to tow it away, out of my own drive way (how f@cked up is that?). So please guys, any help would be greatly appriciated!

The z32 maf could be the problem. Do you have any piggy backs or anything to run the z32 maf?

Basically, you have to have something to translate what the Z32 Maf is saying into SR20 language.

Fuel filter, fuel pump, double check that you didn't hook the fuel lines up backwards.

The fuel lines are hooked up correctly. And again, I have an ecu that's tuned for both the maf and the injectors.

So I pulled one of my spark plugs and its fouled. Looks like I've been running waaayyyy too rich. (which might explain how it started up ok, but is having problems now that the plugs are fouled out). I'm going to try leaning the car out a bit and seeing if that helps at all.
