car is still getting warm.

He everyone, Help i need help,My 2003 nissan 350Z is getting worm, when i drive on the Freeway for about 20 mins. and then stop at the light, the fan goes up and loud but the temperature is getting higher, not to the red but i feel it will reach red if i keep the car running for longer time., fan is working, coolent is full.please help,

i took the car to the dealership, and after 8 hours of working on it and changing the fan, hoses, termostate, sensores, they told me that they have no idea what is wrong with the car, it still getting hot, so now i have to wait for 2 days for a part called the Thermostate housing, and then they will try againg to see if it will work.

I would ask about the ambient temperature, but I highly doubt it would be that because my Z down here in Texas stays cool all day long, and I do a lot of city driving. Something could be blocking the flow of the fluid... i don't have the slightest idea what or where it could be though.
