Car is not turning over HELP!!

ok my car is not turnning over It been a week now and i cant wait anymore longer befor i send it to a garage

what negative:1.No sparks from the coil at all.2.No light/power at the dash(digimeter, RPM, Warning light) and windows

what positive:1.Battery at 85% 2.Light/electricity is OK from Headligh, Radio to Interior light.3.Starter is OK. its trying to make the engine start 4.I Check all fuse and it is OK (accept the ones in thos big small box fuse like the one near the battery "IGN COIL" "EGI" "EGI PUMP") ect ect...

What i havent check:

Its only the experts can tell me what is wrong and what is not checked
