Car idling funny and barely drives

All of a sudden last night i got out of my car and it started idling at like 1500 rpms and skipping and popping. I got back in it and drove it home and it starting bucking so badly i had to pull over for a while. I figured out that i could drive it under WOT. Is there anything that i can check. Like i said it start skipping very badly.

could be many many things...first of all was it skipping and popping while driving or at idle? and are you burning rich? I dont think its a boost leak since you are able to drive at WOT. could be a bad tps or a bad ecu..but for now take the kick panel out that covers your ecu and make the red l.e.d. on the back of your ecu visible..turn the key on and you will see the l.e.d. come on ..then start your engine and see if that light goes off..if it does not go off then you have a bad ecu..if it does go off check for codes...let us know

I found it... had a huge rip in the coupler from the hotpipe to the intercooler intake. I have a few other small boost leaks but i have repaired it temporarily and have ordered a new coupler. In the process of finding the other leaks... it was ridiculous how much better the car drove after i found that. Now its leaking badly again so im just waiting!
