car idles but floods itself when i try to rev.

so it's a 91 s13 with a built bottom end and turbo setup. it's got an enthalpy tuned ecu with a z32. the ecu sends me a code 12 for the maf.. but we've checked the wireing all the way to the ecu and it checks out with proper votages and solid ground. it'll crank no problem and i can rev it just fine once or twice but it eventually floods itself again and i have to let it idle for a couple minutes before it will rev again. i have no clue what this could even be, so i figured i'd post and see what you guys have to say. also i'm sure the maf is doing something b/c the car revs with it plugged in and as soon as i unplug it it does the standard 2500 rpm stutter. any help is appreciated.. if you need any more info about the car be glad to give it up.

here is a fast test..if ya have a standard side fed fuel rail..just un bolt it and watch what the injectors do when ya put your foot to the floor on the throttle while cranking...if ya get little squirts..your ok..if gas is flying out...you have issues..like..injectors gone bad..or maf!..this way you will at least know for shure...allso are the injectors standard for your tuned ecu?..how many cc's?

well the injectors are 555 tomei's and i asked enthalpy to tune for them. and i asked them totune for the z32 maf too.. but i will try that this weekend.. i live about two hrs from my car right now.so it takes alot of effert just to see my car..thanks for the info
