car idles at 3000

Ever since I got my car back the idle has not been to good it bounced from 1500 to 2000 all the time and I am sure I don't have a vacume leak, but now since it got colder my idle went up to 3000 and stays there, when ever I let off the gas my rpms go up instead of down. Do you guys have anyproblems like this? Please help!

take it to the shop, 1500 is too high, 3000 is insane...when my motor starts on a cold day itll idle at 2000 for a bit, but comes down to 700 or so...try adjusting the idle screw, its on the intake side, between 2 intake runners, i think 2 and 3
