car hesitating after error codes appear.

I purchased a airrazor vortex generator. and it screwed up my car so bad ...... DO NOT BUY THIS FROM precisionpowerparts.comIT COULD DESTROY YOUR CAR. IT blew out the mass air flow sensor. i thinkhere are the codes my car is giving NOW... p0102 mass or volume air flow circuit low input p0113 intake air temperature circuit high input.

be warned. supposed to save on gas... my car is now stuck in the garage so much for a 12 dollar item that was supposed to save me on my gas. be warned. there are people out there that have had bad experiences with this. NOW i find this out. thats why im posting this. it does...NOT work. any ideas what i did to the car. and is there a way to check a mass air flow sensor without sending away for repairs.
