Car Hesitates under hard accelaration!!

So i have an S13 with SR, and when i'm hitting the gas, the car starts to boggle and pop.. If i gradually increse the power, it will accelerate just fine. Its just when under WOT. I changed the Fuel filter and it seemed to be just a bit better, but still boggles and hesitates. It does still get into boost. Now when i'm in idle the vaccume reads at 15-10. I know in my sentra is reads 20 which is like perfect idle. I don't have a thermostat in there and i'm going to install it tomorrow. Does anyone know what else i can do to make my car run good? do you have a FMIC? If not, that could be a problem. Other than that, oil filter, spark plugs, intake filter, or any array of things could be happening.

I have an HKS FMIC, HKS Intake Filter and i'm swapping the oil filter today. I replaced the Fuel filter and installed a new thermostat. I'm gunna wait till the RTV cures before i drive it tomorrow. I'm redo'ing the lower oil pan as well, putting in some Mobile 1 Synthetic.
