car hesistates, intermitently after doing a timing chain swap

obviously have searched and have checked over the obvious, everything plugged in, vacuum lines etc. Basically while cruising in 5th every now and again the car will bog down, then clear itself out and be fine. Also every now and then when accelerating it will bog down then clear itself out. btw its got a new fuel filter, plugs all look good, thinking its something electrical bc it only does it when it feels like it. does it both hot and cold.. car is a 1990 240sx, thanks in advance.

You might want to check out the TPS; the resistance unit may have a bad spot.
