Hey i just got my self an s13 vert about a month ago. i used to have the hatch. When im in the mountains in the vert and i take sharp turns i notice my cars hella understeering. i have good s02 tires on it and im hitting the apex perfectly any suggestions on how to stop this or correct it while im in the turn. I got a manual transmission but i havn't had a chance to put it in yet.

Well, one suggestion is getting an adjustable sway bar for the rear and tweak it.

Poor mans trick... bump up the air pressure in the rears (around 40 psi). Adding pressure will actually decrease the contact patch and cause the rear end to want to break free easier. Run the fronts around 32 and that should maximize contact/grip for the fronts and help generate some oversteer... That should help a bit and if you get a bit of rain it may make the ride a bit interesting (just watch the speed)... hope this helps..

He speaks the truth. I've never had understeer in either of my 240s. Just have to watch your speed.

thanks for the advice. i wasnt attaking the corner too fast. I checked my psi and it was all messed up. it was at liek 40 in da fron and 32 ind the back. i changed it to 32 in the front and 35 in the back and it handles fine now. and we dont say hella cuz we think its cool. its just a natural thing like people from texas say yal or bra. yadadamean? Were from the bay thats how we talk.
