Alright. So recently, my car has been having trouble detecting the key. Sometimes when I press the lock or unlock button, some times it works and other times it doesn't. Then when I get in the car, sometimes I can start the car without putting the key in, other times, it says "no key" and I have to put the key in the ignition for it to detect it and start the car. Also sometimes, I have to physically unlock the door with the key. And sometimes opening the trunk is a hassle. Idk what's going on. I think because my window moldings were missing and water kept getting in the doors that something happened but idk. I've even reset the ECU and the problem persists. Help?

This sounds like you need to replace the fob battery.
