car has no power.....

92 240sx.Was an auto converted to 5spd. Before being switched to 5spd it had a blown headgasket.... Got fixed and then there was the great timing chain noise. It got fixed...Both done at some town shop. Beleive at different ones.Timing was off 10 degrees fixed that and idle holds perfect now.Absolutely no power throughout the band. It was wet outside and couldn't do a burnout. Any ideas? My only guess is cams are off.... car doesn't smoke at all and doesn't overheat.
