Did you replace that sensor with a new OEM sensor?
First thing I'd do is to reverse the most recent change to see if the car acts normally.
For some reason it might be reading wrong enough, making the car think that wheel is too fast or too slow, hence the system taking over and braking the faster wheel when the SLIP light operates (is it solid or flashing?)
So this is a right/ left comparison.
ABS activating is quite dramatic. You should feel a servo operating in the engine bay and your brake pedal will pulsate.
VDC and AWD might be on again because the front wheels are perceived to be spinning at a different speed than the rears.
What I'd do is disconnect the new sensor to see what it does. For giggles, reconnect it and disconnect the right side to see which lights come on.
Oh yeah, the brakes are spongy because a lot of fluid is being sent to the braked (braken? Lol) wheel. Replacing the pads will help keep your fluid level up so you don't suck in air through the master cylinder.
