Here is a picture of the car and if you look at the black plastic in this picture it kinda show the tint of blue
I am not sure if that scrape on their car was there already or not.
edit: Okay so I decided to take the photos into photoshop and got the eye dropper. The mark on the black plastic is a tint of blue!
BUSTED! ive seen this a million times. PIC 1: pay attention to the two horizontal scrapes, the ones that roughly looklike this: -- -------
PIC 2: on the blue car, there are also two horizontal scrapes ON THE CORNER. this explains why the scrapes on your car are longer in length.
Conclusion: the long scrapes on your car and the short ones on theres are because the blue car was in motion and turning when it hit you. Thats why theres a scrape on either side of the corner.
Also I ran a line through the black paint on their car. The curving line means they were turning into you, which supports the fact that this happened to their car in a parking lot exactly like the one you're in.
Also, the line keeps going far longer than I'm used to seeing, which means that after the initial impact, they kept driving more, usually when this occurs it means one of two things: they were going too fast and couldnt hit the brakes in time, which cant happen it the small parking lot, or more likely, they were driving drunk which is another reason they probably havnt contacted you about it.
AND THE BIGGEST PIECE OF PROOF: thats your black paint on their blue car, and thats their blue paint on your black car. CASE CLOSED!
If your wondering, Ive done this before. This is my coupe after a party when a truck hit it, and I tracked them down when the stupid gilbert pd couldnt (Im with chandler, and theyve got a really bad reputation. They're the reason people hate cops.
