I've been having the worse luck with my car. First off when I first got the car I bought the nismo exhaust loved it but now probably 115,000 miles later Ive been smelling my exhaust inside my car well sometimes. Anyway I got it up on the lift and checked out exhaust found cracks on one weld that on the cat back then down the pipe I seen a hole and then towards the manifold where it bends at the bottom theres a plate that's welded to the pipe well those two weld broke and left holes. Now I patched them all up (welded them) but I'm afraid that maybe my manifold is jacked up too. y'all think I should just buy new headers or try to repair my old one? lol I'm thinking new headers pipe and exhaust but I recently got laid off but plan to use my tax return to fix my car. Plus my dang rear suspension is acting up too just my luck so I'm thinking coilovers or just replace with oem.

Good job patching the exhaust leaks. Do you live in a part of the country that treats their roads with salt? That might have been what led to the cracking. The stock manifold is cast, and the only way you'll see an issue with it is if its cracked. If it isn't cracked, I'd leave it alone.

As for your suspension, its really up to you and your financial situation. Replacing shocks will also have the added cost of an alignment. If you go with coil overs, you'll potentially sacrifice the quality of the ride. Really, its up to personal preference. If you are into performance, spend the coin on the upgrade. If not, just enjoy the stock replacements like you have.

they use salt sometimes. I think I'm just going to go with the oem KYB struts/shocks like $300 maybe buy lowering springs.
