car doesnt start.

i know this has been covered butthe forum i found on this problem was not completed and it was about 5 months old

my car just does not wont to start i have had this problem before but the 1st time it mad a clicking noise when i turned the key. i just simply wigged the wires that connected to the battery and it started right up.

This time there is no noise at all when i attempt to start the car.I know the batter work because my dash lights and my head light work.There must be something very simple that i am missing if any ones knows any help please!

take battery cable off and clean the inside of them as well as battery posts. most likely this will fix problem. if lights and radio work then battery is not the problems. it's the connection, which need to be much firmer to move power from battery to the engine.

i have tryed this to a certain point though i will go back out right know and see what i can do.

Is that the only thing that would cause it not to start the connections?

I am starting to think it is the starter if any thinks different let me know. Would hate to waste about 100 bucks
