car doesnt speed UP

my Altima runs fine at the begining, But when i give regular 87oct gas more in and when the car tries to pick up the speed the RPM goes more then 3x then the needle fluctuates between 300rpm and 400rpm. then the car fluctuates down to 100rpm. That time it will sound like the engine is going to stall and the car vibrates. At idle [not moving but car is On] the car RPM needle stay around 1x, sometime lower then 1x. MY Friend told me that when the I put in the gas and the car tries to change the automatic GEAR it doennt get sufficient air so RPM goes down. It happens more when the car gets hot i mean when you run it for a while. I can drive the car at lower speed when the Needle doesnt go more then 3x RPM. what is the cause? is it due to Maas Air Sensor / Air Flow Meter??

A typical symptom of a bad MAF is cutting out at 3000 rpms.. I would guess it's your MAF. Have you tried stopping by an auto parts store and having them run the ECU codes to see if anything is coming up?
