Car doesn't crank

Hello guys, I had a problem with my 02 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V and it didn't want to turn over. I recently changed my alternator and start and now when I put in my car keys I hear the "ding ding", but car doesn't crank nor does my radio work. Any ideas on to what it could be? I checked my fuses and my fuses are fine.

I would check your ground on the battery

Make sure there isn't any corrosion on the contact points with the chassis and make sure the your terminals are cleaned up as well.
