Car does not run after I drive it and go over 5500 RPM's

Are there anything that can cause this? I am having the same problems but I have went through 14 injectors, the first ten were used. CTS, Plugs cap rotor and wires, O2, Fuel pressure Regulator. I am stumped. Iu seems like it is going through injectors like crazy. I have disconnected my MAF and the cars goes to failsafe mode and turns on the crack engine light. Still runs like crap. Thanks if any one has any ideas

could be a clogged cat..... if you have onecheck to see if it gets hotter than the rest of the exhaust, I've had this problem on a saturn before(I know, it was a saturn)
