well i just got my turbo kit up and running good today, but when ever i push the clutch in and go to a stop the car dies....if i give it gas it will stay alive and then run on its own.....

my Vaccum at idle seems low at like 13mmhg

im running the sr20 sidemount and i didnt recirculate the stock BOV, if that makes a difference

i have no hose going between my intake pipe and the nipple on the valve cover....i think that might be it....

any suggestions??

I had the same problem with mine I had to get a safc and set up the de cel settings or recir your BOV.

I dont remember what it was but it seem to be a little low. the cheapest route will be to recirc.

that is a real low vacuum. its not because of the valve cover hose either. wheres your maf at? its most likely dieing because of the bov not being recirculated if youre runing a draw through setup. dont know why your vacuum is so low though.

vacumm wise it all depends, like some days mine is at -20 then other days when theres more humdity it goes to like -16 .. But -13 sounds not good.

well i found out that will a vaccuum source hooked up to my sr20 BOV it leaked, so what i did was instead or recirculating it i hooked it up to my wastegate line and now the boost holds it shut until i let off during boost...then the boost opens it.....im still having a slight bogging issue after boost, but thats cuz i didnt recirculate it....How do you use the Dec air function on the Safc again?

i put my 555cc Deatchworks today with a tuned ecu and my car idles fine cept it sometimes drops about 400rpm then catches itself right away....im guessin this is cuz of the size of the injectors

ummm no. the bov is supposed to be hooked up to a source behind the throttle body for it to work properly. and i have 555 (actually averaged 560) deatschwerks with a safc and my idle doesnt drop at all. its because youre running a open atmosphere bov. why dont you try this. run your maf as a blow through setup. thats how im running mine and it runs perfect. that way you ccan run an open atmosphere bov without any ill effects.

i think the idle problem is the injector latency....cuz i ahve 2 diff 555cc tunes and one makes the problem worse....
