Car dies out when taken out of gear after running (with pics)

hey guys, i have researched into this trying to find what the problem could be. The results i got was to check all my vacuum hoses, EGR Valve, and AIV. so i checked my vacuum hoses and there all good, my EGR is disconnected from the previous owner, and it ran fine with it disconnected before this just started recently, and it looks to me like my AIV is gone as well, take a looks at these pics.

And what does it mean when my sparkplug looks like this...
