Hey everybody again!!

The 91 Q won't run very long!

I start it up and it runs for 10 to 30 seconds then its kaput and all the dash lights come on. I start it back up and it runs for another 5 seconds and its out again!

I took it to the local Infiniti shop and they said its a fuel pump and fuel pump control that need to be replaced. I just wanted a second opinion on the issue from you all. Don't want to just throw money at the problem.

Any advice would help. My baby is under a tarp and its killing me!! :tisk:

A new OEM fuel pump ($250) and a used FPCU $50. Don't forget the O-ring!

$300 is cake for a Q45 especially if you are looking into coil-overs and suspension upgrades
Here is a link for one @ $243

$243 for JUST the OEM new pump. Another $16 or so for the O-ring. The FPCU is $417 new. I would suggest a used one from a junkyard. Have to confirm it hasn't been melted yet though. I am sure someone that has a local pick and pull will grab one for you. I may have one or two lying around in my stockpiles
