car died won't start need help

[CA18 RS13]

after several weeks now of wading thru the snow my car has finally took a stand and died as i was pulling into my driveway after getting off work. after several failed attempts i managed to get it to start up and pulled into my garage where the car idled fine then all of a sudden died again. tried to start it again and same thing, wont start then starts then dies after a few seconds. ok here's the symptoms:-when i turn the key to accessory position the EGI pump fuse emits a loud clicking noise at a constant rate of about 2 clicks per second.-the fuel pump itself is also making a thumping noise when the fuse clicks. -the EGI fuse also sometimes makes a strange movie-like electronic noise every once and a while if i let it click. -if i remove the fuse the click stops and the fuel pump stops thumping (obviously)-if i disconnect the fuel pump harness the fuse continues to click

is my fuse blown? or is it my fuel pump? before i take the whole fuel pump out to see if the sock fell off or something i thought i would get some advice from the pros here. thanks in advance.

hey, sounds like the pump maybe the relay!, got a question for yah , your running the ND stage one chip right ?!?! how do you like it ?? i have one on my desk but im not sure about using it dont know any of its specs or what it could due to the car

YOu mentioned that your area get hit with lots of snow, I was wondering how cold did it get, probably the fuel lines are frozen, thats why it died. also do a diagnostic on the ecu and see what codes are you getting.
