car die out, after 10 second are less

i really need help. first my ecu burn out. and now i got this new ecu for my ca18det, everytime i start the car, it run and die out within 10 second.. since the day i got the swap until now , never got the car to run. first it will not pass 3 rpm, and i found out that the ecu burn, and now it keep die out on me.. please help.. locate in dfw any body know any perfomance shop work on ca18det?

could be ANYTHING.

fuel+air+ spark.............= running engine

10 secs or less, voltage would be the first thing I would be checking.

Then I would think about what sounds it makes when it is starting to die and think about source of that sound or reaction.

honestly, saying it doesnt work............
