Car Crash and need to know how much for the parts!

One of my neighbor didn't stop at the stop sign and hit my front left near but it is also my fault to turn to narrow. His bmw coupe just got scratched and my bumpers cracked. I need to talk to him today about how we are going to solve this. Does anybody know how much it will cost me to fix my front bumper? and my side bumper(not sure whats it called)Is it better for me to go to my dealer? or shop? I been having so many troubles with my car (breaks, rattling sound, engine skipping sound, vibration while idling, etc) I went to dealer so many times and most of them are not fixed. It is very very frustruating and I cannot trust them anymore. I just found this website and you guys are all experts! can anyone give me some advice? (I am willing to drive up to anybody near me to get it fixed) I will really appreciate it if you guys could help me. Thank you for your time and have a nice day!
