I had a bad wire for my water temp sensor not saying that's your problem but my car wouldn't start unless I tried starting it for like 10 minutes straight. Worth a look the fsm shows you how to check voltage and ground for sensor plug.

what engine is this for?

i would say to:
make sure that all the grounds are on tight.
see if the light on the ecu turns on when the key is put into on position
make sure fuel pump primes when the key is put into on position
make sure the fuel lines arent reversed
pull the fuel pump fuse and crank it for a minute or so in case the engine flooded with fuel
with the key in on position turn the CAS and listen for injector clicks to make sure its functioning
set the CAS so that the screws are in the middle of the slots
try starting the car with the maf unplugged to make sure the wiring isnt the issue

i say all these things from experience but i wont take any fault if something goes wrong.. haha just gotta put that out there.. dont necessarily have to do it in the order i wrote.. good luck

well on my ecu i see no light i actually see where the light is suppose to be but the plastic is still over it..so i dunno what to do in that area...i am hearing my fuel pump priming...i took out my spark plugs and they were wet with fuel so the injectors are pulsing...i also hear the cas spin when i put the cas wire in plug my battery in...uhm the only thing i see that could cause anything is the spark plugs which were looking like they were super fried and the light on the ecu which i do not have..and this is for a rb25 s2

If it had fuel and spark, you'd have a car that started. Verify that you have spark by disconnecting the fuel injector harness, pulling the plugs, reinserting them into the coil packs and resting the plug tips against the valve covers to ground them. Then, have someone crank the motor while you watch for spark on all of the plugs.

sounds like you have an ignition wire cross up somewhere...likely the eccs relay wiring.

I've been trying to PM you but your PM's are still disabled.
