I don't like my past experience with car covers. It might be the right thing for you but just wasn't my bag (car would sit for a week and have more dirt on it when i took it off then if i left it off)
Fortunatly, i had the space (still living with parents, they use the garage) to put up one of those car ports. Its made by Shelfter Logic, and its 10 wide by 20 long by 8 high. I just finished it today and the car fits in very nicely! I think i'm going to hang a flurescant fixture from the middle so i can detail it and not have to worry about running out of day light
I got my cover at Pep Boys. It ran me around $75, they had some that were more expensive but I am happy with this one. I got mine a little large since it sits in the garage I wasn't worried about the wind being a problem.

I havent picked it up... im nervous about it... i live at the beach... about 1/4 mile from the sand... and when i drive i go by the ocean a lot and i noticed my car picks up sand... i see it gather at the bottom of the front bumper... im concerned if i throw a cover on it.. theres gonna be sand trapped and its going to screw the paint...

Don't cover a dirty car. You must clean the car first - otherwise the cover will get dirty - and you don't want to put a dirty car cover on your car (I mean the inside of the cover) - it could get scratched from the dirt.
