so i was jamming out to some music and my cd player went out. i checked the fuses inside the car and in back of the deck. Could it be a fuse underneath the hood? could it be a short? i checked the cd player in my friends car and it works just fine.

throw a meter on it and see if it has power, check fsm for the pins on the harness.

yeah it could be the fuse under the hood. check your connections and but a metter on it to make sure you have power.
