so i was going up a hill everythings runing fine and it starts to buck and i got it to where i was going and it sat for a while and now wont start it seems it was in safe mode or something cuz it wouldnt rev past 4 grand now i unpluged the battery the night before so the ecu reset before this happend and im not runing a thermostat do to overheating issues the water pump was fine and it had a new rad and thermostat so i just took it out and it took longer to warm up but it got to the normal temp it was about half way on the temp gauge and it never overheat with the thermo out and still got to the normal temp so i done know it that has anything to do with it because it is very very very very cold outside when this happened but it the car was warmed up when it start bucking before it wouldnt start maybe the ecu things its cold?

whoa wait what? Break this down please not all just one long run on.

One of the problems you had was running without a thermo? Bleed the air bubbles properly. Many MANY posts on this.

Not revving past 4k, this in all gears or what? Details on this situation.

The bucking situation could also be linked to your TPS and also your other running issues could be linked to a bad coolant temp sensor.

So when the engine is cold, it's fine but when it gets warm then it has problems? Could just be your CTS.

well it was overheating do to it not flowing enough coolant through the engine it had a new thermostat in it and i tested it and it worked so i just left it out so it could flow better and it stoped overheating.maybe that had something to do with why it wont start i dunno.but it started bucking and then it wouldnt start at all, when is was bucking it seemed like it was in safe mode and thats why it wouldnt rev.i read all the posts on bleed the air, i just take out the screw and fill it untill it comes out of the screw and then screw it back in,is this not getting all the air out?cause it seems to do fine.and the heater wasnt hot when it was bucking but the temp gauge said it was half way so i think the ECU thinks the engines cold and is sending to much fuel and flooding it.or the temp sensor is wrong like you said could it be sending a false reading to the ECU?
