Car breaks up in boost need help!!

Alright so i got my car finished and running, ran great for like 2 months. Then started smoking blue smoke for about a week but didnt seem to affect the way the car was running. Then it started to break up in boost. So i got a catch can for it and that stopped the smoke. I have checked the timing twice and put new plugs and this did nothing. Also there is oil coming out my boost controller which is a turbo xs.Could it be the turbo or seals? Piston Rings maybee? Any help would be awesome. Thanks

If you have oil in your boost controller, how about the BOV? Sounds like the turbo is bad yes, but that won't cause it to break up.

Check for vacuum leaks (make a tester for this so you know forsure). Make sure the spark plugs are good and gapped correctly.
