car bogs really bad if i drive the car too long

I can't drive my car for certain amount of time, because it bogs as if it's running out of gas. After driving for a certain amount of time, my car will hesitate and bog continuously during acceleration, especially when climbing to 3k rpms, and sometimes above 3k rpms. The car acts as if it has a clogged fuel filter, but I just replaced it with a 300zx fuel filter several weeks ago and I also poured a can of seafoam through the gas tank. If I don't pull over and turn the engine off, the engine will only get worse to the point where if you floor it, the car will barely run. Usually when I pull over and turn the engine off, I wait at least a minute or two before starting her up again and it runs fine for a couple of miles before the problem persists again.

I pulled the codes and I got code 34, 35. I had the knock sensor replaced with a new one... Any help would be appreciated.
