car been sitting for 11 months.. what do i need.

well my clutch went out in my 92 240sx and i took it to my mechanic... told him id probably go with a whole swap at the time. but as always some bs happened and i had to spend alot of my cash... anyways, im finally getting around to changing the clutch on it and try to get it running... what all do u guys think i need to get it running good after 11 months of sitting.... btw im planning on just doing a ka-t in the next few months

oil change, fresh gas, new fuel filter

yeah nothing else will go bad.........

check fluid levels in transmission/rear end cause they could leak slightly....

check coolant as well..... should be good tho, however u never know

the oil could break down etc, as it gets gas in it etc.... gas doesn't like to live too long and gets nasty..... so I would change the oil, fuel filter.. which has gas in it... and then if possible, drain gas tank or if its empty, put 10 bucks in it- burn it all out, then fill her up with fresh goodness.......

but your igntion system should be good and all that stuff..... I don't see a need to change any of that unless there is a problem down the road... that type of stuff either works or it doesn't

On top of everything thats already been said put some GOOD injector cleaner in it. Try some stuff called Sea Foam ---- old school and really been around forever and it works GREAT !!
