Average is probably 500CCA but there are many that are 1000CCA+.

If you want a big battery that WILL FIT and has over 1000 ca, go to Walmart and get the Extreme battery that is yellow and is the biggest size N1. I have put this in a few cars and it works great. It isnt a bada$$ car audio battery, but it works great. The best part is that it only costs about 60 bucks and it has a 5 year warranty!

I will second that!!!

Walmart's Maxx Extreme is one fine battery. I have at least one on all my cars. And, you can take them back every couple of years and get new ones for free. Just run the down and go to Walmart. I pull 180 amps continuous/250 amp peak in my Pinto. Only have 3 yellow walmart batteries, size is maybe N1 like Simmsled said. I have some sort of aftermarket stereo in all my cars, with the least at 500 rms. My Pinto has 2 JL 1000/1 and 2 450/2. I can listen with engine off for maybe 30 minutes and car still cranks.
