S13 Blacktop

i posted earlier about timing but it's not timing...i think it's my head bolts...i replaced my head gasket with a Greddy Metal Head Gasket...torqued it to 80lbs.......i crank my engine and the moment it starts it'll shut off and i'll find oil in the piston chamber... after i suck out the oil from the chamber and restart it... it'll start and die again... and i'll find oil in the chamber again...

when i replaced my head gasket i didn't replace the bolts cause they're so freakin expensive and i spent too much money on my car already... hehedidn't think it was neccessary... but do any of you know why? could it be the head bolts not holding the head on tight enough??

thanks =)

I've never installed a metal headgasket before, but 80 lb-ft sounds too high for a SR head. The manual says ultimate torque after stretching the bolts properly is 25-33 lb-ft plus two turns 90-95 degrees.

Also, on a normal headgasket you don't use gasket maker, but I've seen multiple people use gasket maker on metal headgaskets because they don't seal leakage as well as a stock headgasket would. Would someone please confirm that last statement?
