Car almost got stolen, or stole from.

Yeah so some retard almost got my car or my **** in the car this friday morning...

It was infront of my house no less. I'll have pic's of the damage up real soon, But in the mean time I'll tell ya about it...

So they cut a large hole in the passenger side of my car around the door handle... Now heres the tricky part... I dont know what they were going to do with this hole, becuse everything I did to finish what they were doing set off the car alarm...

If this happens again I have many fun things that they will have to deal with now... Motion alarm, vibration alarm, cameras, and a .357

The only reason they stopped is my dog was barking and my dad let him outside...

It looks like a pair of wire cutters and plyers did the hole... It must have taken forever to cut...

Anyways... The insurance people cut me a check for $1700 to repair my car... I already got a compleat used door off a 96 240sx for $400

I'm going to stip all the parts and have it on tomorrow... I could tonight but I'm lazy...

So now the big question... What color? or colors? I'll have a bit of cash left over after I'm done, I'm going to do all the dents myself.

I should have the door on tonight... I got all the spec's for the door printed out and it should be suped easy... As long as there is enough room for me to swap my lock over easy...

If not I don't care if it has another lock for a little bit, I needa drive my car without a hole in the side.

The only lame thing is Its a black door... on my red car... so i'm going to pick up fiber-fill and start fixing (ALL) the dents and scrapes in my car...

How much have you guys gotten a good paint job for? Its guna be primer grey untill I think of a good color... I think Audi silver is cool.

i ran into that problem at the daytona tuner bash. 4 mexicans (or pr's, dont really know and dont really care) my sun roof was open, and i left it in the parking garage and walked around to see the cars for a little bit and then realized that i forgot my wallet in the glove. so my 4 friends and i walked back to the car and i saw one short mexican legs in the air trough my roof. so my freinds took care of his freinds and i grabbed the kid by his legs and slammed him on the ground and beat the living **** out of him(and that is not an understatment) so the freinds were all rolling around on the floor and we dragged them to the elevator and threw them in there. and went and parked the car at a girlfriend of mines house. but after all of that, i forgot to take his wallet. so right now i have a piece of plexi-glass put in there held down with some epoxy and what not. but hey at best i shaved a few pounds. but im still in the process of finding a new roof.

It appears to depend a lot on your state.What will get you nothing in one state may lock you up as a felon for years in another.
