Has anyone put a aftermarket car alarm on their A/C.????

Im looking at gettin a viper alarms system....juss wondering how that would work....with the stock key fobs...an door buttons?

Give some feedback please

I know Rob has one with remote start and a pager that doesn't make him give up one of his spare keys. I forget the rest of the details.
