So i was driving yesterday when I see this truck run a stop sign.....I thought nothing of it, as this is a usual occurrence where I live. Coincidentally the other driver and I were going the same way. At a stoplight he got impatient when he saw he couldn't make a right turn. So he had the brilliant idea of putting his truck in reverse and gunning it........without knowing I was behind him. His tow hitch ended up on the hood of my car, breaking the bumper, denting the radiator, bending the fenders, and obliterating the hood and left headlight. So much damage to my car and I wasn't even moving. :frown: .....luckily the guy had insurance but that means no A/C for a week or two

nice dude!
the guy that hit me didnt run, he was actually pretty cool about the situation. He did however mention that if he wanted to, he could have just taken off. in my mind I was like "Bi***, you wouldnt have had a chance of outrunning my coupe with a 2500 chevy silverado"

Id be getting the 08\09 fascia. Since the hood, fenders, and a headlight need to be replaced. But I havent made up my mind yet.....I like my hood and the light from my projectors and fogs

Even if you get the 09 pieces they wont even fit right. The headlights are totally different. Nothing will line up.. AT ALL.

UPDATE: I got a couple estimates for damages amd they're all around $4200. Fortunately I know some people that have a a body shop. I'm getting a check from the insurance for $4200 and my buddies are doing for $3000. The rest is for mods. I'm throwing the fascia idea out the window. I'm ordering the k&n typhoon intake system due to my air box getting cracked in the crash. I was also looking at the dr37 drag wheels in black\grey. How good are drag wheels ?

those wheels look nice. I think drag wheels are light and cheap as they are replicas just like rotas and konigs. But they should be good and stylish for daily driving

Im not very familiar with rims. I thought konigs were brand name rims, not imitations. Happen to know any good tire\wheel shops. I see your from yorba linda. I drive back and forth from Irvine to riverside about 4 times a week but I'm mostly in the oc
