Some states are no fault states so it doesn't matter if the accident was your fault or not; rates go up if a claim is put inaudtatious wrote:

That is the dumbest thing that I have ever heard.dangeris wrote:

Ah, my state is not one of the 13 no-fault states. It's a means to allow insurance companies to lower their premiums as they would not spend as much in court fighting over fault. I hope the "lower" rates are worth it.dangeris wrote:Some states are no fault states so it doesn't matter if the accident was your fault or not; rates go up if a claim is put in
$450 per 6 months?!?! i would love to pay my insurance if it was that low haha mine is around $1400 every six months, i think im gettin screwed hahaLongBeachCoupe wrote:Glad you are ok!
Aud... my girlfriend was parked at a gas station, went in to get a coffee, when she came out a verizon truck had backed into her door while she was in the store....
NY, No fault... her insurance went up around $450 per 6 months!
I think LBC means that it's now $450 more than what she used to pay. So it's not just $450 it's an additional $450.big_rig wrote:
