Ok, Im at my wits-end. I'm going to list a bunch of symptoms and things I've already checked. Please help me figure this out?!

Symptoms: -White smoke from exhaust (and leaks a little from EGR connection at the manifold) -Coolant/Oil looks fine, not frothy or chocolate milky (not a head gasket, I think) -Random misfires can be heard when engine is not idleing. -Burning smell from exhaust fumes (not sweet, but kindof like burnt something...) -Black plugs and O2 sensor (running rich) -Horrible gas mileage -Small leak at radiator and upper rad. hose -Small leak at Injector #3 -High Idle that settles from 1100 to 750 rpm after a long warm-up.

Checks/Fixes: *Changed plugs (NGK), O2 sensor, PCV valve *Fixed exhaust leak b/t head and e. manifold (now leaks at EGR... ) *Checked/cleaned coolant temp sensor resistance *Checked ECU pin voltage for air temp sensor (fine), air flow meter (couldnt get a readout... either none or hard to make connection), EGR control solenoid valve voltage (showed "cool" range, maybe bad?), A.A.C. voltage (12.6 V with normal range from 7-10 V)

Oh yeah, and no codes from Mode III on the ECU...

What can anyone suggest I check/fix/etc? I know I need to fix the injector and radiator, but want to make sure that they are the only problems before investing more money in the stupid thing...

Thanks

have you checked the resistance across the injectors? The radiator and some new hoses should make those leaks a memory. The other thing you should check is the TPS. That going out of whack can cause alot of weird problems.

Check for fuel injector(s) internal leaks. If any of the spark plugs are wet, that could point to a leaking injector.

You can also test them by unbolting the fuel rail from the intake manifold and pull off the entire assembly with the fuel injectors still attach to the fuel rail. Keep the fuel hoses still connected and don't remove any individual injectors. Also keep the electrical connectors on the injectors. With the assembly now away from the intake, turn the ignition key to the run position WITHOUT STARTING THE ENGINE. Now observe each injector to look for leaks. There should be no drips.

Make sure you have at least 4 spare insulator rings for the injectors in case some are damaged during rail removal.
