In case you can't read it, it says, "Historic".
I read up the rules in order to get a "historic" tag for your car in Maryland, and there are only 2:
1.) car must be at least 20 years old and not significantly altered2.) must be primarily used for clubs, shows, parades, etc.
I can certainly see how this car is 20 years old, but I don't think I've heard of the Toyota 4Runner Enthusiasts Club...
Just thought it was kind of odd seeing a non-sports/hot-rod/old Chevy/Ford tagged as historic.... just trying to add some humour to everyone's day today... that's all....
