What is the deal? I am not here for confrontation.

I am here to share info, get info, and trouble shoot problems about my Versa.

I have been on the site for about 6 days and have been Verbally abuse a number of times by established members. Is this the nature of this forum?

Everybody makes mistakes! Nobody has all the answers!

How about dropping the Hostility, and making this a pleasant forum!

It is the nature of forums.

But this forum brings many different people to it. For the most part other sections of NICO (other cars that is) have a 'normal' category of people in them. The Versa brings together a wide variety of owners, from young people with their first car to much older people with a daily driver/commuter car. These differences cause a clash, more than usual.

I do agree that everyone needs to calm down a little, I've tried to do that as well. When first getting into the Versa section I did notice the 2 sections of owners and thought the younger/less experienced owners would drive me crazy. But its a learning process for everyone. Consider this a social experiment and ask can you survive or give up?

As for some advice for everyone, please make sure you know what you are talking about before posting facts. False statements are what make forum users angry and most likely to attack. If you are unsure of anything, then just post a question about it, that's what everyone needs to be here for, infomation.

Forgive my high horse antics.

How about we all try not to take things so personally? This is the most friendly fourm I've ever found, if your hurt by small things then maybe you just dont belong. Sorry for being so blunt but common, lets all be adults.
