cant start my s14sr20de in 89 s13

i recently did an sr swap and now it wont startThe motor is a 1998 s14 sr20de non turbo and im putting it into a 1989 s13 single cam cassis i did the wiring myself using the wiring specialists video. the motor is in and evrything is hooked up. there are several plugs loose but i am almost certin that they are ac ps and abs because they are on that side of the car. i am using the sr maf and non turbo ignition (it has no coil packs much like the 1998 kade distributor with an internal coil) i used the s14 engine harness (modified) and the s13 lower harness.symptomsi am getting spark as i pulled the wires out and watched them arc to thi valve cover i am getting fuel as i forst pulled the fuel line off of the fuell filter and let it spray me (not on purpose) to be 100% sure i went ahead and noid lighted the injector harness (only the 1st 2 ) and they are firing. i then set base timing by manually turning the engine over to tdc 1st cylinder compression stroke and used just about evry mark on the distributor to set it (did this bucnhes of times then tried to start it while slowly moving the distributor. there was one place where the engine coughed a lil bit but i cant find that place again all the motor will do is turn turn turn but never start any ideas ? anything i forgot to tell yall thanks for giving me time

i had a mechanic look at it and he thinks the injectors froze up after sitting too long and motors not getting enough fuell im gona try to clean them then put new plugs in and see what happens
