Cant Sleep

HMM 1AM here in alaska , have to work tomorrow and cant sleep ..this blows ..

What do you guys do to sleep???

thought id come in here and fill everyone in on the latest on the car too , went out to get the 66 Land crusier last weekend , decided i didnt want it , front axel is broke and it has no windsheild ,heater or top and i wont put up with that in the artic , so i decided i wont buy it . I cant find anything else so i gave up , i did buy the galant but its waiting for me to get back to florida in may as it woulnt be good to spend the money to ship it up here 6 months of useage , only to probably destroy it too.

there has been so many car crashes this year up here, ive spent 3 years here and have never seen so many , at least 25 in my area alone since my crash 4 weeks ago , but only one person has been killed so i guess thats a good thing .

so for the next 6 months i wont have a car , i really miss haveing the G20 at this point , not to mention i just miss haveing my own car and free to go wherever i want when i want. its like being 14 all over again ...but i do have that sweet Galant VR4 waiting for me in 6 months when im out of the airforce ......

mmm nother shot of tequila , should be able to sleep ....Cant sleep? what do you do?

I do one of tw othings:

either,

a shot of NyQuil and a beer,

or,

a couple Tylenol SimplySleep and a beer.

They both seem to do the trick REALLY well! BTW, how much is that Land Cruiser going for? Is it an FJ-40 or truck? If it's cheap enough and in good running order I might have a buyer.

all of them options sound good(except the warm milk & baileys)I dont like tossing and turning.

And I hate that feeling you get when you are on the internet,and you are tired as hell but dont feel like going to sleep!

Holy damn, NyQuil knocks me out faster than hell.NyQuil, Tylenol, or infomercials are all really good.

If I take any kind of cold medicine or anything, it doesnt knock me out. It can say "may cause drowsiness" on it, its the other way around for me. Instead it keeps me up and I'm hyper and all. I turn the radio on or pop in cds and curl up with my blanket and just drift off to sleep. Cookies and milk work too.

I had me couple nights ago a wild strawberry daiquiri....my mom told me not to guzzle it or I would get a buzz. Then she said you wouldnt know if you get one anyway b/c i get hyper sometimes. lol :pface

when i can't sleep i go for the playsation.It usually does not work so i go to the nyquil bottle. hehehehehe i love that stuff! It works really fast on me!

well i cannot get approved for the golf , seems the bank that finaced my G20 now says i dont have enough credit to take out a loan , too bad this loan is 2k less than the loan i had on the G20, so the golf was out

the Subaru ended up needing 3k down and was going to be 300 a month with 12.9% finaceing , they can go to hell on 12.9%

these two pissed me off so bad i decided i wont ever get another car loan and decided i was going to own my next cars outright

so i bought a 1991 Galant VR4 thats in south carolina #1068 of 2000 made , needs a little work (clutch and paint) but these things have killer pontential , supposedly it is good for 28 psi without cracking open the engine

and the Land cruiser was around $1000 its a FJ40 with a 350 swap and a muncie 4 speed , but im not wanting to play with it up here , im waiting one more week , if i cant find anything or the car below falls thru then ill probably buy it and bring it back to florida when its complete , then sell it there

Found a 1994 sentra SER with a blown engine thats been the the parkinglot for a year now and hasnt been moved or touched for just as long , trying to contact him to see if he will sell it to me , have a bluebird DET long block lined up for it and my turbo kit will work on it , i hope i can get ahold of the owner , might just get back into the nissan family yet
