Cant seem to find detailed cam specs...

Yes, there used to be a great write up listing all the different series of KAs from all the cars that used the motor, and i could find it a month or two ago...

But recently i think the articles were re-aranged, and i have lost that old gem of information, and not even 45 min of google / search feature / browsing can seem to re unite me with it.

Can someone

A) link the article im talking about but cant seem to find? or...B) Tell me the cam specs on a '96 altima?? -- i pulled the cams already for rather cheap... but i want to be able to tell people the cam duration specs im looking at so that i can make a more imformed decision about it.
