pop the cat, see if it gets better. Also, more info couldn't hurt. But if it just falls flat on it's face, the car gets cold or it sputters, sometimes a cat can be to blame. Start the car and run it until it reaches operating temp. Take a rag and grab the exhaust pipe, if it feels cool, tap it. If it is cold enough to touch (it will still be warm), but you can hold it without getting burned it may have a bad cat, basically at that point pop the cat, and see if the problem goes away. Unless, it feels like it is cutting out (hard) or bouncing off of the limiter, there is a good chance of this (in my opinion).
