Finally got my car up and running, took me over a month to get everything in.

Now everything works well it starts and idles great but the second i rev over 2500 it hesitates really bad. After i do this i have to feather the throttle to keep it running, then it will idle again but as soon as you rev it it hesitates again. It is so bad that it cant be driven at all. Any suggestions on what i can check?

Thanks in advance.

you're in limp mode. it's usually caused by the ECU not receiving a signal from the MAF. Either the MAF is bad, the wires weren't soldered properly, or the plug isn't seated in the MAF. What I would do first is pull codes from the ECU and see if it says it's the MAF as well

EDIT: Here's a site with all the codes that the ECU can throw.http://sr20det.nismo.org/srtech.htm

Ya, not being able to revover 2500 definately sounds like a MAF problem.

before you go out and buy a new MAF sensor, make sure that the MAF is wired correctly. My friend had the same problem and replaced the MAF several times. Turns out the wiring was not done right. Make sure the MAF is being grounded and that it was wired correctly.

in the interest of my post count.. I'll agree that it is almost certainly a MAF problem. Check over all of your wires for obvious problems. Check for good ground.

What MAF are you useing?

I'll also agree that it is probably the MAFS or MAFS wiring. My 2 signal wires were cut halfway down the harness by a ziptie, took me 3 weeks to figure it out. First I checked my wire extensions, then I swapped MAFS, still didn't help. Then I followed the MAFS wires all the way back and found the severed wires.

mine did that too, but it was a boost leak. coupler blew off the hot side. check that too.
